HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
I’m sure many of you out there have made new year’s resolutions that involve getting healthy, getting fit, or challenging yourself to do more than the year before. Like everyone else, I too have made those same resolutions as they really tie in to my overall goals to lead a healthier lifestyle and be a better version of myself.
So to get things kicked off for 2015, I thought I’d share with you a challenge for the month of January that will assist you in meeting your goals and hopefully blowing them out of the water! I’ll post a new challenge on the first of every month to switch things up and to help us all set new goals to keep us on track.
This month’s challenge will lead you to be able to complete 50 push ups on the last day of the month. Push ups are a great way to work your chest, arms and shoulders and they can easily be built into your current workout plan. Try to do the listed daily amount during one set, but if you need to break it up, that’s ok too!
