Let It Snow!

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow…  Ok, maybe I’m not really quite ready for snow yet, but I am totally ready for Christmas season.  I know, I know – it’s not even Halloween yet.  Not to mention Thanksgiving, we still have another month before that gets here!  Well, that’s fine and all, but I for real can’t wait for Christmas.  I’ve got my Christmas cards already, I have officially started making Christmas ornaments for the tree, I’ve planned out my advent calendar with activities for every day in December leading up to Christmas, and now I’m planning the gifts I’m going to buy/make for friends and family.  To be honest, I’ve been thinking about Christmas since last Christmas basically.  It’s my favorite holiday by far and I’ve got the best husband in the world who has so graciously decided to let me start decorating the day after Halloween.  That’s right – this Sunday I get to start my Christmas decorating!!!

Once the trees are put up, I’ll start with my new decorations that I want to make.  Now that I have my handy Silhouette Cameo, I can easily make some signs to place on the mantel or the bookcase.  First on the list will be this sign.  I whipped up the image of what I want tonight and by the weekend, it’ll be nestled on the bookcase amongst my other decorations. 🙂
