My daughter is three and a half and loves matching games more than anything in the world at the moment. Every day she asks “Mama, can we play a game?,” so I thought she would LOVE her very own matching game made just for her. That is of course, until we played it and I saw just how much she loved it, so I wanted to share it with all of you!
All you need to play this game is two copies of the printable (at the bottom of this post) printed on cardstock. Once you’ve got them printed, you’ll cut out each of the sweater from the cards. Then, simply arrange them sweater-side-down and let your little one go to town trying to find a match!
I love watching my daughter get absolutely engrossed in this game and focusing so hard on remembering where each sweater was before she picks a card to turn over. And obviously nothing beats the excitement when she makes a match!
If you have littles at home or coming over for the holidays, print out this super quick and easy game for them to sharpen their memory!
***Bonus idea – these sweaters would also make adorable gift tags! So print out a few extra copies, cut them out, and tie them onto gifts to add a little whimsy to your wrapping!
