Mother’s Day kicks off National Women’s Health Week and each day this week I’m going to share various health topics with you. This is a very important week because women are notorious for taking care of EVERYONE else before taking care of themselves. This week though, I’m going to share with you ways to get healthy, stay healthy, and be a role model for the little ones that look up to you.
