The Easiest Ever No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
I’ve been making this no bake peanut butter pie for somewhere around 15 years. It is my husband’s favorite, which of course meant I had to make it for Father’s Day this past weekend. This pie is so rich that portion control doesn’t become an issue because it’s hard to eat more than one small piece at a time, unless you happen to have a glass of milk nearby of course! And I also discovered that this pie goes great with a cup of coffee. 🙂
The other great thing about this pie? It’s so easy! There’s no baking involved, which is a major bonus when making dessert in the summer – no one likes to heat up the kitchen by running the oven if they don’t have to! And to make it even better, only a handful of ingredients are required! Be sure to grab the required ingredients on your next grocery trip and wow your friends and family at your next backyard BBQ!
